The company acts as a facilitator/aggregator and is not directly liable for the quality of service delivered by partners.
Provide accurate booking details (address, contact, service needs).
Ensure safe and lawful access to premises for service delivery.
Make timely payments for confirmed bookings.
Deliver services as per agreed timelines and standards.
Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical conduct at all times.
Adhere to pricing, cancellation, and refund policies defined by Aliza Store.
Services must be booked and paid via the platform.
Cancellations & refunds are subject to company policy (see Refund Policy).
In case of disputes, the company may mediate but the final responsibility rests with the partner providing the service.
The company is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or dispute arising from services rendered by partners.
Users are advised to verify service scope and pricing before confirmation.
Users and partners must provide valid information during registration.
Misuse, fraud, or false information may result in account suspension.
These terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
